YOUR CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
("Consent Statement")
You are applying for or using services provided by Cuculi. By consenting to this Consent Statement, it applies regardless of whether you complete a transaction, booking, or use of any Cuculi services.
Your affirmative consent to this E-Sign & Electronic Communications Notice (“Consent”) allows Cuculi to:

Provide communications to you electronically

Enable you to sign and authorize documents electronically through the Cuculi platform (the “Platform” or “Service”)

Collect and store your electronic signatures
If you do not consent to electronic delivery of communications, you will not be able to use the Service.
By creating a Cuculi account, making a booking, hosting or joining a table, using QR ordering, or accessing the Cuculi Platform, you agree that:

Your actions constitute your electronic signature

You consent to receiving all notices and communications electronically

This includes communications required by law
You understand that your electronic consent has the same legal effect as a physical signature.
COVERED COMMUNICATIONS
You have the right to receive legal disclosures, notices, and communications (together, the “Covered Items”) in paper form by mail.
With your Consent, Cuculi may provide these Covered Items electronically instead.
Covered Items include, but are not limited to:

Account-related communications
-
Booking confirmations and receipts
-
Payment, billing, and transaction records
-
Service updates and notifications
-
Legal disclosures and notices required by law
WHO “WE” ARE
In this Consent Statement, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to:
Cuculi, Inc. and its service providers, partners, and affiliates.
DURATION OF CONSENT
Your Consent will remain effective until:

You close your Cuculi account or stop using the Service, or
-
You withdraw your Consent to electronic communications
Even after termination, your Consent may continue to apply to communications related to prior transactions or legal obligations.
METHODS OF PROVIDING COMMUNICATIONS
“Provide” means to deliver, make available, send, or notify.
We may provide Covered Items electronically through:

The Cuculi app or website

Email notifications
-
Downloadable files (including PDFs)
You are responsible for reviewing communications promptly and taking any necessary action.
ACCESS TO PAPER COPIES
You may:

Print or save electronic communications using your device

Request a paper copy of any Covered Item at no cost

We retain copies of Covered Items only for the time required by law. We recommend saving or printing copies for your records.
OUR RIGHT TO SEND PAPER COPIES
We may choose to provide communications in paper form at any time, even if you have consented to electronic delivery.
This may occur in situations such as:

System outages
-
Suspected fraud
-
Legal or regulatory requirements
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
To access and retain Covered Items, you must have:

A device with internet access

A modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge)

Sufficient memory to run standard applications

Software capable of viewing PDF files
By providing Consent, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
WITHDRAWING CONSENT
You may withdraw your Consent at any time at no cost.
